Classes & Engagement

Pre-recorded classes on advocacy, daily living skills, and family wellness — take them at your own pace.

Our classes and engagement programs exist to build skills and community at the same time. Sessions are designed for intellectually disabled adults and the people who support them, with content that's practical, paced thoughtfully, and accessible to a range of learning styles. Topics rotate through everyday independence — money, transit, cooking, safety — as well as self-advocacy, rights, and creative expression. We keep groups small so every participant gets a chance to speak, ask, and try. Engagement doesn't stop when class ends. Participants often stay connected through follow-up groups, community outings, and peer support — because what's learned together tends to last.
